Shipping Options

Available shipping methods, rates, and applicable estimates are presented through the store or at checkout. Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the contact information provided with the order when available.

Same-Day NYC Delivery

Same-day courier delivery may be available for eligible addresses across New York City, including Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Eligibility and pricing depend on the delivery address, inventory availability, courier coverage, distance, service conditions, and current courier availability. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed unless an eligible same-day option is confirmed for the order.

Delivery Confirmation & High-Value Orders

RAW115 may require signature confirmation, direct recipient handoff, building-staff acceptance, or other available proof-of-delivery measures for certain orders, including higher-value orders. Available confirmation methods depend on the carrier or courier used.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking or courier records show that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact RAW115 promptly. We may open an investigation with the applicable carrier or courier and request information reasonably necessary to investigate the delivery.

When reviewing a delivery claim, RAW115 may consider available tracking records, delivery scans, signatures, delivery photographs, GPS or courier records, the delivery address supplied with the order, and relevant customer communications. A report that an order is missing after confirmed delivery does not automatically result in a refund or replacement. Any resolution will depend on the circumstances of the investigation and applicable law.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please review your address carefully before placing an order and contact RAW115 as soon as possible if you discover an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.

Shipping Delays

If RAW115 cannot ship within a timeframe we represented, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law. Where required, customers will be provided the applicable option to consent to a delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund.
