RAW115 was created with a simple belief: everyone is beautiful, but not everyone has figured out how to maximize it yet.

Our founder, Kassandra Ollivierre, went through all the trials and tribulations of growing up feminine. The bad hair days, the surprisingly amazing hair days, and eventually coming to terms with one very important realization. She was not a professional, and somehow her hair never seemed to listen the way the pretty girls’ hair did.

Then came the extensions.

Like so many women, Kassandra tried to be practical. She bought the “affordable” hair, only to realize that affordable wasn’t so affordable when it became tangled, dry or unmanageable after one install. She would replace it every few weeks or months, try another vendor and hope the next batch was better. Before she knew it, she was spending thousands of dollars a year on hair that never lasted.

So she became a research guru.

Kassandra mastered finding exceptional raw hair. The kind that looked beautiful without requiring you to know how to “do hair” for it to stay beautiful. Soon, her friends were coming to her asking where to find the best hair, which textures to buy and how to get quality without unnecessarily overspending.

But finding it was tedious. Endless vendors, inconsistent quality, confusing foreign hair sites and way too much trial and error.

So Kassandra created the brand she wished existed.
